Knowledge checks and activities have been removed for brevity in this sample.

Design Document & Analysis
This document outlines the analysis and design plan for a leadership competency course. It includes the course purpose, proposed learning objectives, course outline, milestone timeline, instructional strategy, delivery methods, learner/audience profile, roles, responsibilities, and budget. This collaborative tool is a design blueprint between the project sponsor, stakeholder, and instructional designer.
This analysis report contains the Training Needs Analysis outcomes, including the current performance, desired business outcomes, gap analysis, and training priorities. It also includes the subordinate skills analysis, audience, performance, and learning context analysis for a leadership competency course. This report also includes, proposed objectives, assessment instruments, and instructional strategy for the learning solution. Confidential information has been redacted.
